Signatures: pi⁸ [superscript pi]a¹⁰ a-r⁸ [long s]⁸ s⁸ t-z⁸ [&]⁸ [con]⁸ [rum]⁸ A-Z⁸ 2a-2g⁸ 2h¹⁰ 2A-2D⁸ 2E⁴.
Chancery quarto; printed in double columns, c4 recto: 51 lines plus headline, 162 (171) x 111 mm; types: 130G, 107R, 85G, 63G; woodcut and initial at the beginning of each book; printed Lombards, initial spaces with guide letters.

PROVENANCE: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.406.21 with dealers' notes, codes, etc. at front. Two inscriptions at the head of a1 recto, both struck out and partially illegible. The first: "Sti. Petri [...]," the second, from an Augustinian house: "Ad usum f[ratris] Augustini [...] sā Alphonsus de M[...] V.G. Con[...]" "Salvato" inscribed in an early hand above the printer's device on final leaf, under which, in another early hand, is an inscription in Greek. Purchased from David O'Neal in 1989 (Acc.89-281). Former call number Q.498.B47B.
BINDING: Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy Q.406.21 bound in modern black, hard-grained morocco with the title stamped in gilt on the spine.
